Business Change Team

The Business Change Team provide a key role in supporting the delivery of the project, including project planning, operational delivery, communications and engagement:

Product Owners

Each Student Lifecyle workstream is led by a Product Owner, a manager with expert knowledge in their particular workstream, and supported by an Implementation Team, a mix of specialist staff from across our University, Schools and Faculties. Together Product Owners and their Implementation Teams help to lead, support and embed changes through thier areas of the University.
